Director
[Apr 2025] – Present

As the Chapter Director of Startup Grind Karachi, part of the world’s largest startup community powered by Google for Startups, I lead strategic efforts to support founders, foster innovation, and build global connections for Pakistan’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Startup Grind Karachi serves as a key platform for early-stage and scaling startups, enabling them to access global knowledge, capital, and mentorship through a series of curated, founder-first initiatives.

My Role & Responsibilities:

  • Event Leadership: Designing and executing high-impact, founder-focused events including fireside chats, panels, pitch nights, and ecosystem mixers that support learning and visibility.
  • Global Connectivity: Bridging the gap between local founders and global venture capitalists, accelerators, and ecosystem leaders to unlock funding and cross-border opportunities.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Collaborating with key national players including the Pakistan eCommerce Association (PEA), government departments, and private innovation hubs to drive collective impact.
  • Ecosystem Development: Leading planning and execution for major 2025 initiatives, including regional summits and international founder exchange programs that showcase Pakistan’s startup potential on the global stage.
  • Community Building: Growing a diverse and engaged community of founders, mentors, investors, and technologists, committed to building a strong and inclusive startup culture.

Through Startup Grind, I continue to amplify local talent, attract international attention to Pakistan’s startup scene, and contribute to building a future-ready entrepreneurial ecosystem.
